Opening of international locations in Shenzhen/China and Bangkok/Thailand.
Development of our new product, an internet port for insurance declarations concerning marine cargo transports, called Aktiv-TVSplusNATIONAL in co-operation with the DSLV (German Forwarder’s and Logistics Association).
First exhibit at the transportlogistc fair in Shanghai.

2005

Development of our KLP (combined logistics policy) as a comprehensive insurance concept for logistics enterprises.
Foundation of Aktiv Assekuranz CZ in Prague/Czech Republic.
Opening of the first location in Asia: TGC (Thomas Gutruf Consulting) ASIA Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia.
Establishment of the claims management center ClaimCity.

2004

Within the Aktiv AG, Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH belongs to the enterprises with the highest growth rate in Bavaria and is granted the award BAYERNS BEST 50.
Presentation of our new Multimodal-Cover-Policy at the FIATA World Congress in South Africa.
The periodical publishing of our newsletter „Aktiv Aktuell“ starts in November.

2003

Amelioration of our new SGP’03 in connection with the TVSplus in extension of the old TVS.
Setup of an active risc management.
Branch office Dusseldorf moves to the Duisburg harbour area.

2002

Opening of a second office with Aktiv Peninsular, S. L. in Barcelona/Spain.
Formation of an experts advisory board for the Aktiv AG with lobby members from the logistics business, industry, legislation and insurance enterprises.
Entrepreneur Award 2002 for Juergen Bochanski granted by the BaTB (federal association of qualified trainers and consultants).

2001

Foundation of Aktiv AG Dienstleistungen & Beteiligungen, stock corporation as holding of Aktiv Assekuranz by the owner Juergen Bochanski.
In connection herewith foundation of several new companies for the core business areas.
Foundation of the Versorgungswerk Spedition und Logistik (association for social insurance programs in the forwarding and logistics industry) in co-operation with the association of forwarding and logistic enterprises (Verband Spedition und Logistik in Nordrhein e. V.

2000

Foundation of Aktiv Peninsular S.L. in Madrid/Spain, Aktiv Assekuranz Ges. m. b. H. in Innsbruck/Austria as well as Aktiv Assekuranz (USA) Inc. in Miami,Florida/USA.

1999

First introduction of our TML Trans-Multi-Line-Policy, the new program for property insurance, at the Transport’99 fair in Munich.
New computerized claim management programs facilitate transport claim declarations online.
Establishment of new co-operations with partners in the USA and France.
Presentation of our Multimodal-Cover-Policy at the FIATA World Congress in Dubai with improved terms and conditions.

1998

Develpment of our new SGP'98 in connection with the TVS (special marine cargo insurance policy) based on the reform of the German transport law, applicable as of 01.07.1998.
Friendly takeover of BAVARIA GmbH in Munich.
Services rendered by Aktiv Assekuranz are presented at the IAA International Automobil Fair for Commercial Vehicles in Hanover for the first time.

1997

Introduction of our Multimodal-Cover-Policy for the international market.
Development of the motor vehicle fleet management in co-operation with the newly acquired enterprise GSV GmbH (company for risk management in the transport industry).
Exhibit at various fairs (e.g. Transport'97 in Munich, Eurocargo in Stuttgart, FIATA in Vienna, Austria).
Aktiv Assekuranz goes Internet.

1996

Membership with the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association FIATA.
Exhibit at the Transport fair in Dusseldorf and Leipzig as well as Buenos Aires and Caracas.
Centralization of the motor vehicle department in Munich.

1995

Foundation of Aktiv Assekuranz Makler Luxembourg s.a.r.l..
Development of special motor vehicle insurance concepts.
Head office and Munich branch office move to the same office building in Riesstrasse 15.

1993

Takeover of all business shares by the managing director Juergen Bochanski.

1992

Publication of the first issue of our company own magazine "Aktiv Aktuell" for our customers.
Commencement of business in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1991

Expansion of local business by opening a branch office in Erfurt. Number of employees rises to 60 persons.
Record premium increase by 60 %.

1990

Aktiv Assekuranz now employs 45 persons.
Exhibit at the Transport'90 fair in Munich in well proven co-operation with our freight forwarding partners.

1989

Admission to the Federal Association of German Insurance Brokers (BDVM Bundesverband Deutscher Versicherungsmakler e. V.).
Retirement of one associate.

1988

Opening of further branch offices in Germany.
25 employes are in charge of the customers of Aktiv Assekuranz in all insurance areas.

1986

Opening of the Dusseldorf branch office (today Duisburg).
Aktiv Assekuranz now occupies 11 qualified employees and handles a premium volume of over 2.5 m. euros.

1985

Launching of our “Freight Forwarder’s Global Policy” concept, the socalled SGP, especially developed by Aktiv Assekuranz for the forwarding business.

1982

Introduction of Aktiv Assekuranz with their own stand at the Transport’82 fair in Munich.

Foundation of Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH in Munich, Haylerstr. 27a, with 3 associates and 1 employee.
