We permanently update our forwarders liability concept and adapt it to the constantly changing market situation and jurisdiction. By covering the national contract law of European countries, our forwarder’s liability concept, the new SGP´08, satisfies also the idea of globalization.

Subcontractor Policy
Insurance cover for sub-contractors (regardless of their nationality) directly instructed by the policy holder. Provided this insurance cover was concluded, no recourse will be carried out against the sub-contractor.
Coverage of the General Business Conditions for Logistics Enterprises
Insurance against Loss of Freight Costs
Insured is the policy holder’s loss of income, caused by non-payment of freight costs, including truck toll fees, by his principal (forwarding company or shipper) as a result of bankruptcy, provided said costs were incurred to him by the conclusion of a forwarding contract governed by the insurance coverage of the SGP'08.
Special Coverage Contract Logistics
Coverage for damage to goods intended for further processing, irrespective of the underlying liability terms (e.g. contract for work and labour). Should an enterprise have – in addition hereto - the need for extended risk coverage in the area of contract logistics, our especially developed logistics policy KLP – Combined Logistics Policy – is the perfect choice.

- regulations of the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR),
- Warsaw Convention (WC) and Montreal Convention (MC) governing the international air transportation
- documents liability, e.g. liability terms of the Negotiable FIATA Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading (FBL),
- liability according to the General Business Conditions (AGB, e.g. ADSp, VBGL) as well as individual contracts examined by the insurer prior to inception
- customs liability.
